The Workflow

Five stations.
One barcode.

A single QR code follows your material from the intake window to the settlement desk. Every measurement, every mass, every signature is stamped onto the same immutable record.

01

Intake & Barcode

Samples are logged into the LIMS on arrival, weighed on a calibrated tier-1 balance, photographed under standard lighting, and issued a barcode that follows the material through every station.

02

Homogenised Melt

Material is charged into a purge-controlled induction furnace and melted to a homogeneous bath. Two representative pin samples are drawn from the pour — one for assay, one archived.

03

Triple-Method Assay

Pin samples run in parallel through XRF, fire assay, and ICP-MS. Results are compared against certified reference materials; the certificate is signed only when all three agree to the third decimal.

04

Refine to Spec

Confirmed material is refined to target — aqua regia and electrolysis for gold, chlorination and precipitation for silver and PGMs. Each cell run is logged with its yield and recovery percentage.

05

Certified Settlement

Settlement is calculated against the LBMA fix of your chosen session, itemised line-by-line, and delivered with a cryptographically signed assay certificate. Payout is same-day.

Why the workflow matters

A number is only as good as the trail behind it.

Anyone can quote a purity. What matters is the paper trail — the calibration record, the reference standard, the analyst's initials, the timestamped mass. That's what we ship with every certificate, and it's why our clients settle on the number without argument.
